**Project Description:**

I am looking to develop a mobile application (Android & iOS) for listing real estate properties in Syria, based on an interactive map, along with a web-based admin dashboard for managing content and users.

The app should be simple, fast, and user-friendly, with a focus on browsing without registration, while allowing registered users to post properties.

**Core Features:**

### 1. Map-Based Property Display:

* Integration with Google Maps
* Display properties as map pins
* On pin click: show price (formatted as K, e.g., 15K) + small preview image

### 2. Filters:

* Property Type:
Apartment, Villa, Shop, Land, Investment Project, Farm
* Price Range:
From – To (in USD)

### 3. User Roles:

* **Guest (no login):**
View properties only

* **User:**

* Registration + phone number verification via SMS (OTP)
* Ability to post a limited number of properties (e.g., 3 per day)

* **Admin:**

* Unlimited posting
* Full content management

### 4. Add Property:

* Select location on map
* Input:

* Property type
* Price (USD, multiples of 1000 only)
* Display price in K format (e.g., 10K)
* Description
* Images + video upload

---

### 5. Verification System:

* Phone number verification via SMS (OTP)
* Prefer a flexible solution (Firebase / Twilio or similar)

### 6. Moderation System:

* Instant publishing
* Admin ability to delete listings
* “Report listing” feature

---

### 7. Auto Deletion:

* Listings should be automatically removed after 10 days

---

### 8. Admin Dashboard:

* View and manage all listings
* Edit / delete properties
* Manage users
* Promote users to Admin
* View reports
* Monitor latest listings

**Technical Requirements:**

* Full source code delivery (no restrictions)
* Project must be uploaded to my private repository (GitHub or GitLab)
* Clean, scalable architecture (Clean Code / Clean Architecture)
* Backend must be separated (API-based)
* Basic documentation for setup and deployment

**Preferred Technologies:**

* Flutter (mobile app)
* Node.js or Firebase (backend)
* MongoDB or Firestore (database)

**Important Conditions:**

* All service accounts (Firebase, Google Maps, SMS provider) must be created under my ownership
* Developer must not reuse or resell the code
* Full access and credentials must be delivered upon completion
* The project must be scalable and maintainable by future developers
