Make Flutter App Whitelabel

i want turn my current flutter app in a whitelabel app, the project consists in duplicate the current app but keeping only 1 flutter sources. the config folder and the native codes folders obvisouly can be duplicated

example:
- structure: shared code
- app one: importing the shared code
- app two: importing the shared code
