MVP Android App – Audio Friends + My Guardian (Flutter + FlutterFlow)

We are looking to build an MVP Android app with 2 modules:
1️⃣ Audio Friends+ (voice-based – users can record & listen, audio feed, basic chat, friend system)
2️⃣ My Guardian (silent safety module – background status, SOS, last known location)

We need a clean basic version first, and later we will extend.

Technology requirement:
App must be developed using Flutter + FlutterFlow preferably.

Common mandatory features:
• Mobile Login + OTP
• Push Notifications
• Delete Account (Play Store Compliance)
• Simple Admin Panel to manage pages, categories, enable/disable modules
