Looking for private flutter/Dart Sessions

i am looking for expert in flutter/dart mobile development with projects in IOS/Google store to have private session 1 to 1 , I am totally new to mobile development i worked as web developer using CSharp 2 years and need someone expert in flutter to guide me .
I am planning to have 3 session a week , 1-2 hours each and the payment will be on monthly or weekly basis , i will have a private skype/teams interview with the user to agree on terms before we start. Arab fluent are preferable .
