Looking for flutter and laravel developer for some customisations

I am looking for serious person who can work on laravel and flutter
I am having some customisations on codecanyon code
The code backend (admin panel) is in laravel and it have frontend in flutter app
I have below requirements

Ios demo is not available on codecanyon
I need some addons like:-
- QR Scanner - by scanning which the menu of same restaurant will get open,
- Need to integrate Dinein and Room Order feature on order page
- SMS gateway is already there but need to replace it by SMSLABZ,
- Enabling the coupon feature to admin side,
- Restaurant should have an feature to add coupon and these coupons should be visible on there menu page

- On Coupon page, when we select Zone wise in Coupon type then under Select Zone there must be an option to select all zone instead of selecting them one by one

- Restaurant can add food campaign but admin can decide that which restaurant can upload how much campaigns in a month, by editing the restaurants from restaurant edit page.

- There must be an option in restaurant side on both web and app to send an sms to all the customer who have eated food in his restaurant, and admin can set the limit that which restaurant can send how much sms, and same no. of sms left will be visible to restaurants, (Restaurant have an option to )—Restaurant can see the details of customers ordered food from them,
-Point system will be there, i which point will be given to customer on food ordering as set by restaurant
Note:- I will only work here on freelance dont send me message to contact you in personal specially to pay in personal, as the work is small so my maximum budget is 10 to 12K INR, i will not pay extra freelance fee, you have to bear it by yourself, if you are agree then only place a bid on project
