Long-Term developer (flexible with budget, Vietnam preferably)

im looking to hire someone from Vietnam or any country of my choice to be available on as needed basis for development projects in my company. Wether it be js or html development for my web site or my flutter mobile apps. I need someone available to replace my old freelancer. You must be willing to work with tight - light - small - low budgets because my company dont make much profits. So we need someone is flexible with budget and open to long term work.

The work could consist of:

* html or Javascript code work on my websites
* work to my flutter dart mobile apps
* will to fix bugs
* work on azura cast ice cast radio software as needed. must know php slim and vue js and nginx and docker
* able help with my web site back-end or front end Javascript as needed. must know node js and react and next js
* must be familiar with github.com and ssh vps.

deadlines and budgets vary per part time project.
