Long-Term Flutter Developer Needed

You will be taking full ownership of our school ERP mobile app built with Flutter for Android. The codebase is already in production, but new modules roll out every few weeks, so expect a steady rhythm of maintenance, refactors, and green-field features.

Daily work revolves around tight API integration: parsing complex JSON payloads, handling authentication/refresh logic, and surfacing dynamic data in smooth, intuitive screens. Provider is our chosen state-management layer, and keeping that architecture clean and testable is essential for long-term stability.

Typical tasks include:
• Shipping new attendance, timetable, or fees modules end-to-end
• Squashing production bugs and improving performance on older devices
• Writing unit tests around critical Provider flows
• Coordinating with the backend team on endpoint contracts and versioning
• Preparing incremental Play-Store releases and monitoring crash reports

Acceptance criteria for each sprint are simple: zero critical crashes, all UI matches Figma specs, and newly consumed APIs pass integration tests.
