Long-Term Flutter App Developers
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
I’m expanding our in-house team on a new mobile application that will be released simultaneously on iOS and Android and built entirely with Flutter. The core codebase, initial architecture, and design system are already in place; what I need now is dependable developers who can take full ownership of individual features, work against clearly defined milestones, and keep the codebase clean, well-documented, and test-covered.
How we work
• Weekly review calls and a shared Kanban board keep progress transparent.
• Every task ships with unit / widget tests and concise in-line documentation.
• Pull requests are peer-reviewed; merge only after CI passes.
• We iterate in small increments so ownership of a story is obvious and measurable.
Typical responsibilities you will pick up
• Implement new UI flows from Figma specs in Flutter, ensuring pixel-perfect responsiveness on both platforms.
• Integrate REST / GraphQL endpoints exposed by our backend team.
• Write and maintain automated tests.
• Identify technical debt and propose refactors—code quality matters as much as features.
Acceptance criteria for each milestone
1. Feature functions as described in the user story across iOS & Android simulators and at least two physical devices.
2. Test coverage does not decrease; new logic is backed by meaningful tests.
3. No new analyzer or linter warnings.
4. Documentation is updated (README, in-code comments, API usage notes).
If you thrive in a structured environment, communicate proactively, and enjoy delivering polished Flutter code that you’re proud to sign your name to, let’s schedule a quick technical chat. Please share links to two recent Flutter apps in the store or a public Git repo that best highlights your work.
