I need a mobile marketplace app that lets users discover and redeem coupons from nearby, brick-and-mortar businesses. The project covers native builds for both iOS and Android, sharing a single code-base where practical (Flutter or React Native are fine, though I’m open to your recommendation).

Core flow: new users create an account or sign in, the app requests location permission, then presents a feed of geo-targeted offers they can save or redeem in-store. Merchants only load if they are within a configurable radius of the user’s current location. Timely push notifications will remind users of expiring offers and highlight new deals as they appear.
