Live Streaming Application Development

I'm looking to build a Live Streaming App similar to Tango Live or Bigo Live.

Core Features:
Live video streaming (using Agora.io, 100ms, or similar)

Real-time chat during live streams

User registration and login (email/social)

User profiles

Virtual gifts system (coins, diamonds, emojis, etc.)

Wallet system for tracking coin balance

In-app coin purchases using Google Play Billing, Stripe, PayPal, or a local payment gateway

Streamer ranking/leaderboard

Push notifications

Admin panel for user and content moderation

Platforms:
Android (main priority)

iOS optional later

Flutter preferred, but React Native is also acceptable

Deliverables:
Complete working MVP

Full source code (frontend and backend)

Deployment instructions

Admin dashboard

App publishing to Google Play Store (App Store optional)
