I’m ready to bring a full-service laundry marketplace to life and I need the complete mobile solution built for both iOS and Android. Users must be able to schedule washing, ironing, dry-cleaning, and even shoe-cleaning from their phones, choose a pickup slot, and follow every stage of the order in real time until it is delivered back to them.
Core user flow
• Fast onboarding through phone-number verification with OTP.
• Intuitive service selection and cart, including add-ons and special instructions.
• Live pickup & delivery tracking on an in-app map.
• Integrated payments: credit or debit card processing, Apple Pay and Google Pay for one-tap checkout, UPI/net-banking options, plus a cash-on-delivery fallback.
• Order history, invoices, promo-code support, push notifications, and in-app chat with the rider or support team.
Operational needs
An admin console (web or app) should let me manage prices, service zones, riders, and promotions while monitoring orders end to end. Dispatcher-style controls for assigning drivers are a bonus, but not mandatory if order statuses stay in sync.
Deliverables
1. Two native or cross-platform builds published to App Store and Google Play under my accounts.
2. Source code, documentation, and a brief hand-off session so I can maintain or scale later.
3. A short UAT window to verify pickup, tracking, and payment flows on both platforms.
