Kotlin dating App to Flutter & CI to Laravel API/backend conversion

We are currently looking for a Flutter developer to take our Kotlin dating app and convert it to Flutter. The current Kotlin app has some issues as APIs have not been integrated and as such, the data that should be API called is instead taking place in the front end. Some of the APIs are already completed and are ready for integration but not all, I have attached a design flow of the app and current API document which is not complete.
I will be getting the backend APIs converted to Laravel (happy for this to be successful bidder if you have Laravel skillset). All designs & icons are available for the successful bidder. APK available for current Kotlin build and FTP access to APIs when selected
