I've written up a document with a spec for a mobile app (plus server side components, database, etc.) I'd like to build:

I'm debating whether to build it myself or pay somebody to build the first version.
Is this something you'd be interested in and capable of doing? If so, please could you provide a rough quote for how much it would cost to have you implement the first version as described in the doc?
