Iraqi Real Estate App Development

Project Title:
Real Estate Mobile App MVP (Android & iOS) – Flutter + Firebase

Project Description:

I am looking for an experienced developer to build a simple MVP mobile application for the Iraqi real estate market.

The application will connect property seekers with real estate agencies. Agencies will be able to create accounts and add property listings, while users can browse properties and request to view them.

Important: Property owner phone numbers must NOT be visible to users. All communication should happen through a request system inside the app.

The goal is to launch a simple first version (MVP) that we can improve and expand later.

Core Features:

User Features:
- User registration and login
- Browse property listings
- Property details page with images
- Search and filters (city, price, property type)
- Request contact / request viewing button
- Save properties to favorites

Agency Features:
- Agencies can register accounts
- Add new property listings
- Upload property images
- Edit or delete their listings

Admin Panel:
- Approve or reject property listings
- Manage agencies and users
- View contact/viewing requests
- Manage all properties

Technical Requirements:
- Mobile app for Android and iOS
- Preferred technology: Flutter
- Backend: Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Storage)
- Simple admin dashboard (Web)

Important Conditions:
- Property owner phone numbers must not be displayed
- Clean and simple UI is enough for MVP
- Code must be well organized and documented
- The app should be ready for publishing on Google Play and Apple App Store

Ownership & Source Code:
- Full source code must be delivered
- All project files must be provided
- Full intellectual property and ownership rights must be transferred to me after final payment
- The developer is not allowed to reuse or resell this project
- Firebase configuration and project setup must be included

Deliverables:
- Full Flutter source code
- Admin dashboard source code
- Firebase setup and configuration
- Android build (APK / AAB)
- iOS build ready for TestFlight
- Complete project documentation

Future Plans:
In the future we may add additional services such as plumbers, electricians, and home service providers inside the app.
