I'm seeking a skilled developer to create a platform that allows users to share their journeys, receive comments, suggestions, and words of encouragement.

Key Features:
• Allow users to comment on and suggest improvements for journeys
• Facilitate encouragement among users to keep up with their journeys
• Must include a feedback mechanism, allowing user rating and reviews

User Profiles:
• User profiles should display basic personal information along with their profile picture
• There should be a section for biography and interests
• User ratings and reviews should be highlighted on their respective profiles

Integration/Functionality:
• The platform should be integrated with a map for the visualization of journeys
• It should also have a feature for in-app notifications whenever a comment, suggestion, or encouragement is received

I want this to be a mobile app on iOS and Android initially. I've heard that Flutter is great because it allows you to develop an app for all three platforms simultaneously. I have a FlutterFlow account and plan to share the project with you to provide access.

My goal is for this app to surpass TikTok, Google, etc. I'm concerned because I need help creating a full-stack app using Flutter, Firebase, and other technologies, but I'm open to changing the languages if necessary.

I've attached a document with 46 pages detailing over 80 features that need to be included in the app. It's a very intensive workload, as each feature requires an action on Firebase, and there might be significant financial implications depending on the case.
