Install and Setup Restart Taxi App Script for Costa Rica with Multi-Language and SINPE Móvil

I’m seeking a serious and experienced freelancer to handle the complete installation, setup, and publishing of a taxi app using the Restart - Perfect Taxi Solution with Parcel Delivery script from CodeCanyon (https://codecanyon.net/item/restart-perfect-taxi-solution-with-parcel-delivery/55733584). I’ve already purchased a clean VPS (8GB) and a dedicated domain for this project. I need a reliable professional who can deliver the following requirements without delays or issues. I had a bad experience with another script (eMart) where I lost money, so I’m only looking for freelancers who won’t waste time and can guarantee their work.
Scope of Work:
Full installation of:
Admin panel (single web page)
Two mobile apps: Rider app and Driver app (Android + iOS)
Parcel and taxi modules
Multi-language setup: Arabic (RTL), English, Spanish (LTR, primary language)
Deliver language files for me to assist with translations
Payment methods setup:
Cash
Card (Stripe, PayPal )
SINPE Móvil (custom implementation—please research how SINPE Móvil works in Costa Rica to ensure proper integration)
Branding:
Use my logo (I’ll provide the logo file; I don’t have banners, only the logo)
Apply my color scheme
Configure Firebase and Google Maps for push notifications and live tracking
The freelancer must be fully responsible for creating and managing Google Play and Apple Store accounts, as well as handling the entire app publication process. I will not be responsible for store publication.
Server setup with the necessary subdomains
Ensure the app is fully functional in Costa Rica with the following:
Primary language: Spanish
Currency: Costa Rican Colón (CRC)
Configure the app to comply with local regulations (e.g., avoid restricted areas like airports)
Configure driver rates exactly as per the document below, with two payment options for drivers:
Option 1: Monthly subscription (flat fee)
Option 2: Percentage-based fee per trip

Drivers on will charge based on mileage and the amount indicated by the app. Our rate structure ensures fair service for both passengers and drivers, avoiding low prices and unfair dynamic pricing:
Established Rates
From 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.:
First kilometer: ₡1,000
Additional kilometer: ₡375
From 6:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.:
15% increase on the first kilometer and additional kilometers.
From 12:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m.:
30% increase on the first kilometer and additional kilometers.
Driver Conditions
does not charge commissions on trips (unless the driver opts for the percentage-based fee option).
Payments are made directly to the driver by the customer (cash or SINPE Móvil).
Option 1 (Monthly Subscription):
₡10,000 annual registration fee to keep the account active.
₡5,000 weekly flat fee for platform usage.
Option 2 (Percentage-Based Fee): Driver can opt for a percentage fee per trip instead of the weekly flat fee (please configure this option).
Integrate my Terms and Conditions document (I’ll provide the file).
Firebase and Google Accounts:
The freelancer will be responsible for setting up the Firebase and Google accounts for the app. I have personal accounts, but if you recommend creating new email addresses for this project, I’ll follow your advice. Please specify your recommendation.
Additional Requirements:
I require a 3-month post-launch support guarantee, which includes script updates, bug fixes, and minor changes to ensure the app runs smoothly.
I’m open to recommendations: If you have a better script than Restart for my needs (quick launch in Costa Rica with plans for future expansion), please suggest it with details on why it’s better.
