Install Flutter Delivery Script

I already own the full source code for “Delivery App – On-Demand Delivery System Flutter App with Bidding System | Courier App” and simply need it brought to life. I want a clean installation, configuration and build for both Android and iOS from that script.

You will need to:
• set up and connect the included Laravel / Firebase (or whichever stack the script ships with) so the app can talk to the backend
• compile and sign release builds for Android (AAB) and iOS (IPA/TestFlight)
• hand over clear, step-by-step deployment notes so I can reproduce the process if I ever change servers or keys

I’m not yet certain whether an existing server will be suitable; if a fresh VPS, shared host, or Firebase project is required, please advise and, if possible, handle the basic provisioning.

Acceptance criteria
– Both apps open without errors, display my default demo data and complete a full order flow (place bid, assign courier, track delivery, mark complete).
– Source code remains clean with no hard-coded paths or debug flags.
– All credentials, API keys and build settings are documented in a short README.
