ICELS Emergency Skills Learning App
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need a clean, student-friendly mobile app that delivers Emergency Life Skills education on behalf of the Indian Council of Emergency Life Skills (ICELS). The core of the product is educational content, and I want students to be able to:
• Read structured text articles that cover theory and best-practice guidelines.
• Watch short, well-indexed video tutorials for visual instruction.
• Complete interactive exercises or quizzes that reinforce each lesson and track their own progress.
A straightforward navigation flow, light branding in ICELS colours, and quick loading times are essential. If you have a preferred stack for handling mixed-media learning modules, let me know; I am open, provided the final build is stable on major Android and iOS versions.

• A brief outline of the architecture you would choose (native, Flutter, React Native, etc.)
• Examples of similar content-driven apps you have shipped.
• Your rough timeline for an MVP, followed by polishing and store submission.
The deliverable is a fully functional app package with source code and basic documentation so ICELS can maintain and expand the content library afterward.
