Hyperlocal Skilled Workers App
Budget: ₹37,500 – ₹75,000 INR
I’m ready to build a mobile application that connects local customers with nearby skilled workers—think plumbers, carpenters, electricians, tutors, and similar professionals. The goal is a smooth, location-based marketplace available on both iOS and Android from day one.
Here’s the core vision I need brought to life:
• A clean, intuitive user interface where customers can post a task and instantly see nearby, verified workers.
• Real-time location and distance calculations so listings feel truly “hyperlocal.”
• Worker profiles with ratings, completed job history, and availability status.
• In-app chat or messaging to negotiate details before a booking is confirmed.
• Secure booking confirmation plus a simple payment hand-off (whether Stripe, Razorpay, or another gateway we decide together).
• An admin panel (web-based is fine) to onboard workers, review disputes, and pull basic analytics.
Cross-platform tools like Flutter or React Native are completely acceptable, but I’m open to a native Swift + Kotlin approach if you can justify the payoff. Whichever route, the finished product must pass App Store and Google Play submission checks and ship with concise build/run documentation.
When you reply, please reference:
1. A similar hyperlocal or marketplace app you’ve delivered.
2. Your proposed tech stack and timeline from kickoff to store submission.
3. Any questions you need answered before providing a final quote.
I’m eager to move quickly once the right developer is on board, so clarity around milestones and weekly progress checkpoints will be key.
