Hybrid Real Estate Portal Build

I want to launch a full-featured real estate portal that works seamlessly on the web and as a single-code-base hybrid app for both iOS and Android. The overall look and feel should mirror the Homlisti template I linked (https://preview.themeforest.net/item/homlisti-real-estate-html-template/full_screen_preview/35056059) while staying fully responsive across devices.

Core browsing experience
• Fast navigation with a clean UI inspired by the template
• Map-based and keyword search so users can jump straight to properties in a neighbourhood or type in their own terms
• Custom filters (price, location, property type) are already in the template, so please keep those intact

Built-in management tools I need
• Listing creation and editing for agents and admins
• Scheduling and calendar management to coordinate viewings
• Automated property valuation inside each listing dashboard

Tech expectations
I’m after a modern hybrid stack (Flutter, React Native or Ionic—pick what you’re strongest in) plus a solid web front end that reuses as much code and design logic as possible. Performance, clean code, and an admin panel that makes day-to-day updates painless are priorities.
