Hospital Management Mobile App Development

I am looking to have a complete mobile application built to streamline day-to-day hospital operations. At a minimum the app should let our staff carry out core HMS actions—think quick patient intake, smooth appointment handling, and instant access to clinical information—from any phone. I want the interface to feel intuitive for both medical professionals and patients, with roles and permissions handled securely so the right people always see the right data.

Cross-platform delivery (iOS and Android) is preferred because our stakeholders use a mix of devices. I’m open to native, Flutter, React Native or another approach, as long as you can justify performance, security, and future maintenance costs.

To keep expectations clear, here are the concrete deliverables I need:
• Wireframes and UI design files for approval before coding
• Fully functional mobile apps compiled and tested on physical devices
• An admin or web back-office where we can manage users, appointments, and records
• Clean, well-documented source code handed over at project close
• Basic deployment support to App Store and Google Play (I will provide the accounts)
