Home Automation App using Z-Wave.

I am looking to have an expert developer assist our team with the development of a home automation app. We already have our app in development and we are adding controls now for home automation. The app is written in flutter and we are looking to integrate home automation devices such as z-wave or WIFI. If you have experience with this type of development, I would like to purchase 1 hour of your time for consulting services. If after 1 hour of consulting we find that you are a good fit for our team, we would like to move forward with an hourly/weekly contract until the app is complete.
