Help with Flutter app

Hello,
I have Flutter app + sources, which was not made by me.
Problem is that some libraries etc are out of date, so I can't compile it anymore. All worked well about 6 months ago, but not anymore.
Need guiding and advices to set up enviroment again on Visual Studio.
