Grocery and Food Delivery App with Live Tracking
Budget: £5 – £10 GBP
I need a full-stack grocery and prepared-food delivery solution released on both iOS and Android. The heart of the product is a smooth, highly accurate real-time tracking experience: customers must be able to watch their driver on the map from pickup to drop-off without lag or ghost jumps.
Three distinct roles will sign in:
• Customers place and pay for their orders, see ETA updates, and rate deliveries.
• Delivery drivers receive orders, turn-by-turn navigation, and status toggles (accepted, picked-up, delivered).
• An admin dashboard (mobile friendly or web) monitors orders, resolves issues, manages menus, inventory and user accounts.
I’m open to Flutter, React Native or Kotlin/Swift with a shared backend—whichever achieves the best performance and maintainability. Firebase, AWS Amplify, Node.js or similar stacks are fine as long as push notifications and live location sockets remain rock solid.
Please include in your bid:
• A brief tech outline
• Timeline to first test build
• The mapping/tracking service you intend to use (Google Maps SDK, Mapbox, etc.)
• Post-launch support period
Acceptance criteria: both apps must pass App Store & Play Store review, handle 1,000 concurrent orders without location drift, and ship with commented source code plus deployment instructions.
