Key requirements
• Universal build for iOS and Android (native or a high-quality cross-platform stack such as Flutter or React Native—open to your recommendation).
• Product catalog with intuitive category browsing, powerful search, rich images, and real-time stock status pulled from our inventory management system.
• Shopping cart that handles quantity edits, promo codes, and multiple delivery/pickup time slots.
• Secure, multi-provider payment gateway integration (credit/debit, wallets, UPI, etc.) compliant with the latest PCI standards.
• Two critical back-office links:
– Seamless sync with our existing inventory management system so stock levels and prices update automatically.
– Direct connection to our CRM so every order and new user profile feeds marketing segments and loyalty programs without manual export/import.

Acceptance criteria
1. Smooth installation and sign-up flow on current iOS and Android versions.
2. End-to-end checkout tested with at least one live payment sandbox.
3. Inventory and CRM data syncing in near real time (≤5 min lag).
4. Source code, documentation, and handover call included.
