Project Overview:
We are looking for a freelance mobile app developer skilled in Flutter or React Native for a 15–30 day fast-paced development engagement. The project involves building a mobile application with two key modules:
• Department-Internal Module:
For transport/RTO officials to manage Candidate registration requests, candidate verification via face recognition, verify candidate test video during test process, store and retrieve candidate test details and result and update status.
• Citizen-Facing Module:
For accessing RTO services (appointment booking, application status, digital documents, push notifications, grievance submission).
The app is part of an ongoing e-governance initiative to improve public service delivery in the transport domain.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and test cross-platform mobile app modules (Flutter or React Native).
• Integrate REST APIs for backend communication and status workflows.
• Implement face recognition login and verification, real-time notifications, and service tracking.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in hybrid mode from Pune (in-person sync-ups and UAT sessions).
• Ensure compliance with accessibility, multilingual (Marathi/English) support, and government data protection policies.
• Deliver the final build and support deployment to the app stores.

Required Skills & Experience:
• 2+ years of experience in Flutter or React Native mobile development.
• Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX best practices and responsive layouts.
• Prior experience with citizen- or department-centric government apps, preferably in transport, traffic, or RTO domains.
• Integration experience with backend APIs
• App store deployment knowledge (Google Play / Apple App Store).

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in e-governance, transport/RTO systems, or municipal/citizen service apps.
• Understanding of state-level workflows, multilingual interface design, and compliance needs.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid work model from Pune.
