Gmail-Connected Flutter App
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
Project Title:
Flutter App – Email Parsing Utility with Local Storage (No Backend- Only Google Login)
---
Project Overview:
I’m looking for a reliable Flutter developer to build a simple, privacy-focused mobile app (iOS + Android) that connects to a user’s Gmail account, extracts structured information from specific types of emails, and displays it in a clean dashboard. The app will store all data locally on the device—no backend, no user accounts, and no cloud sync.
This is a utility-style app, not a social or content platform. The goal is to keep it lightweight, fast, and secure.
---
Key Features:
• Google Sign-In (OAuth 2.0)• Authenticate user with Gmail
• Request read-only access to inbox
• Store token securely on device
• Email Parsing• Search for specific types of emails (based on subject line or sender)
• Extract structured data (e.g., title, date, amount)
• Store parsed data locally (Hive or SQLite)
• Dashboard UI• List view of extracted items
• Show title, date, amount, and status
• Allow user to mark items as completed
• Local Notifications• Remind user of upcoming dates
• Triggered based on extracted data
• External App Redirection• Tap-to-open external apps via deep link or fallback to app store
• Optional Tip Button• “Buy me a coffee” style button
• Stripe or QR-based payment (optional)
• Privacy-First Design• No cloud storage
• No analytics or tracking
• “Clear all data” button in settings
Platform:
• Flutter (iOS + Android)
• Must follow App Store & Google Play guidelines
Ideal Developer:
• Strong experience with Flutter and mobile architecture
• Familiar with Gmail API and OAuth 2.0
• Comfortable with local storage (Hive, SQLite)
• Bonus: Experience with secure token handling, local notifications, and deep linking
Budget:
• Looking for cost-effective MVP build
• Open to fixed price or hourly (please quote both if possible)
• Clean, well-documented code required
Note:
This is part of a larger vision. More details will be shared after shortlisting. Please include examples of similar apps or features you’ve built.
