Geosocial Community App Development

I’m co-founder of a new geosocial community app and need an experienced mobile app developer to build the first release (iOS + Android). This is a paid contract role (milestone or project-based, not hourly only). An NDA will be required before sharing the full scope.

Core features for v1 include:

Interactive map with live activity indicators (users can see activity in their area in real time)

Recipe + photo sharing with voting and comments

Music/jukebox integration where users can add/vote on songs

Social gamification (profiles, status tiers, rewards for engagement)

Technical requirements:

Strong experience with cross-platform frameworks (Flutter or React Native preferred)

Familiarity with geolocation APIs (Google Maps, Mapbox, or similar)

Proven ability to integrate media sharing, voting, and community features

Ability to work milestone or project-based under NDA

Deliverables:

MVP build for iOS + Android

Implementation of the core features listed above

Documentation and handoff process
