Full-stack Developer needed for Ride-Sharing App (Flutter + FastAPI)

I am looking for an experienced developer or a small team to build a ride-sharing application similar to Uber/BharatTaxi. The app should have three main components: User App, Driver App, and an Admin Panel.

Key Features Required:
Real-time Tracking: Live GPS tracking for both drivers and users using Google Maps API or Mapbox.
Authentication: Mobile OTP login (Firebase Auth) and Profile Management.
Ride Management: Request ride, accept/reject flow, and ride history.
Fare Estimation: Dynamic pricing based on distance and time.
Payments: Integration with gateways like Paytm.
Push Notifications: Real-time alerts for ride status using FCM.

Communication Features:
In-App Chat: A real-time chat system for Users and Drivers to communicate after a ride is accepted. Must support push notifications for new messages.

Voice Calling: Integrated VoIP calling (using Agora or Twilio) to allow users and drivers to call each other without sharing personal phone numbers.

Technical Stack:
Frontend: Flutter (Single codebase for Android & iOS).
Backend: Python (FastAPI framework).
Database: MongoDB.
Real-time: WebSockets for live updates.
