Full Time Senior Flutter Developers

I’m expanding our product team and need SENIOR Flutter engineers who can own complex cross-platform mobile builds end-to-end. Most of our work centres on shipping polished iOS and Android apps in real time, so deep Dart/Flutter mastery (5+ years in production) is essential.

Beyond the UI layer, you should feel comfortable dipping into Node.js or Python services, React front-ends, and database tiers that range from Firebase and MongoDB to PostgreSQL running on AWS. Experience bridging native Kotlin and Swift code for platform-specific features will come in handy as well.

Day to day you’ll pair with designers, back-end engineers and QA on live Slack or Zoom sessions, pushing code to Git several times a day and joining a quick stand-up. We iterate quickly, expect thoughtful pull-requests, unit tests and clean architecture, and we like people who can spot performance bottlenecks before they ship.

• Stable builds published to TestFlight / Google Play internal testing
• Unit & integration tests with every PR
• Concise documentation of any architectural decisions
