We are a dynamic and innovative software development company seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our team. As a senior member of our development team, you will play a pivotal role in building cutting-edge web and mobile applications. This is a full-time, remote position requiring an expert in React, Flutter, and other technologies, with a focus on delivering exceptional front-end and back-end solutions.
Experience in both React & Flutter are mandatory. Non negotiable.
Good English is non negotiable.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain web and mobile applications using React and Flutter.
Work on both front-end and back-end development, delivering robust, scalable, and efficient solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and implement technical solutions.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
Debug and resolve complex technical issues across the stack.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Communicate effectively via Slack during work hours (9 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST).
Occasionally work on additional projects or tasks on weekends, with compensation provided for hours worked beyond the standard 40-hour week.
Requirements:
Senior-level experience as a full-stack developer, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
Expertise in React and Flutter workflows.
Proficiency in C programming and familiarity with other languages and technologies.
Strong understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end development (Node.js, Python, etc.).
Solid understanding of mobile and web application architecture and best practices.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Availability to work full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, etc.).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps principles.
Experience working in Agile environments.
