Full-Time Flutter Full-Stack Developer (40 hrs/week – $20/hr)

We’re looking for a dedicated Full-Stack Developer with strong Flutter experience to join our remote team full-time. You’ll be responsible for multiple ongoing projects across mobile and web, working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Position Details
• Rate: $20 USD/hour
• Commitment: 40 hours per week (full-time)
• Schedule: Must be available during U.S. business hours (PST/PDT)
• Time Off: Weekends and U.S. federal holidays off

Responsibilities
• Develop, maintain, and deploy high-quality Flutter applications (mobile-first focus)
• Work on both front-end and back-end (API integrations, databases, and server logic)
• Collaborate on multiple projects simultaneously
• Communicate daily with the team via Slack and project management tools
• Participate in standups, provide regular updates, and meet milestones on schedule
• Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code

Requirements
• 3+ years of professional full-stack experience
• Strong Flutter/Dart expertise with proven mobile app deployments
• Proficient in React / Vue and Node.js or Laravel / PHP for web projects
• Experience with RESTful APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and cloud environments (AWS, Supabase, Firebase, etc.)
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to work independently
• Must be comfortable juggling multiple projects at once
