Food Delivery App Design & Development
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
Developer Required to Build a Food Delivery Application
UI Design (Ready)
UI design is already prepared and provided as clear reference images.
The application must be implemented based on the provided design.
Implementation must match the design accurately, or be improved where necessary to enhance usability and visual balance.
Any UI element that appears impractical may be refined without changing section positions or layout structure.
Any visual or layout changes require my prior approval.
No new UI/UX design from scratch is required.
AI-based tools must not be used for UI design.
The design supports Arabic and English, RTL / LTR, and Light / Dark mode.
Project Overview
We are looking for an experienced professional developer to build a complete food delivery platform using a clean and scalable architecture.
This is a long-term investment project.
The required delivery is a smart operational release, not an MVP and not a fully bloated final version.
System Components
Customer App
Restaurant App
Home Kitchen App (Productive Families)
Admin Control Panel
Unified Backend
Note:
There is no platform-managed delivery at this stage.
Delivery is self-delivery by the restaurant/kitchen or pickup from location only.
Versioning Strategy (Mandatory)
Customer App → V2
Orders System (Core System)
Short video content
Independent browsing and interaction experience
Complete technical and logical isolation between orders and content systems
Restaurant App → V1
Login
Category management
Menu and pricing management
Receiving orders
Updating order status
Preparation time management
No content features
No short videos
Home Kitchen App → V1
Login
Category and menu management
Receiving orders
Updating order status
Self-delivery or pickup only
Short Video System (V2)
Fully independent from the orders system
Video duration: 15–30 seconds
Each video linked to a KitchenID
Views and likes
“Order Now” button redirects to the kitchen page only
No ordering logic inside videos
On-demand loading with compression and size limits
Core Technical Principle
The Orders System is the Core System.
Any content-related load or failure must not affect:
Order creation
Order updates
Notifications
Checkout performance
Performance Requirements
On-demand loading only
Pagination
Caching
Image and video compression
Separate databases for orders and content
No heavy background operations
Admin Control Panel
User, restaurant, and home kitchen management
Order management
Pricing control
System settings
Review, disable, or delete short videos
Ownership & Accounts
All services and accounts must be under my personal ownership.
Developer works with access permissions only.
All source code and assets are 100% my property.
No repositories or services under the developer’s name.
Technology Stack
Flutter
Backend: Firebase / Supabase / Xano
Budget
Flexible, based on experience and execution quality.
Final Note
The application must follow this structure without modification:
Customer App = V2 (Orders + Content)
Restaurant App = V1 (Orders only)
Home Kitchen App = V1 (Orders only)
Any attempt to change or simplify this structure will be considered non-compliant.
