Project Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated backend developer to finalize the backend of a multi-firm CRM system built with FlutterFlow. The design and frontend development is nearly complete, and our focus is now on implementing a robust backend that ensures seamless functionality and data integrity.
Note: We will not be using Buildship for this project due to the limitations on API calls. Instead, we require a custom solution to efficiently handle our backend needs without these constraints.
Core Responsibilities:
Multi-Tenant Data Management:
Implement strict data separation between different CRMs, ensuring each registered CRM has its own isolated data set.
Utilize a CRM token system in Firebase to bind data to specific CRMs.
Client Management Backend:
Develop backend functionality to support drag-and-drop client management across sales slots, updating the app state.
Admin Section Backend:
Build backend services for adding and managing team members, including seat-limited access, invitation tokens, and access control (edit, deny, delete).
Task Management System:
Create backend systems for task assignment, tracking, and management, linking tasks to specific clients and team members.
Client Data Management:
Develop the backend for registering, editing, and deleting client information.
Timeline/History Functionality:
Implement a backend system for recording and retrieving all client-related events, maintaining a comprehensive timeline/history.
CRM Subscriber Delete Account Function wiping all his Data with a previous agreement dialog confirming this step can't be undone.
Product Management:
Create backend services for managing products, including registering, editing, and deleting products with associated metadata (image, name, weight, availability).
Mailing Functionality:
Develop a mailing backend to send emails directly to clients from the CRM system.
Subscription Management:
Integrate Stripe for subscription handling, ensuring proper access control based on subscription status.
Implement functionality to block access to the CRM upon subscription expiration, allowing only access to the renewal page and data export features.
Google Auto-Complete Address Integration:
Integrate Google’s address auto-complete feature within the client registration process.
Team Member Profiles:
Develop backend services to manage team member profiles, including password, avatar, and email updates.
Import/Export Functionality:
Build backend systems for importing and exporting client data, allowing CRM owners to back up their client lists and details.
Ideal Candidate:
Extensive experience in backend development, particularly within Firebase and multi-tenant architectures.
