FlutterFlow & Firebase platform and App Enhancements

I have an application already running on FlutterFlow with a Firebase backend. The core is solid, but a round of polishing and extension is overdue. Right now I need help in three specific areas:

• User authentication, profile management, and dashboard analytics must gain a cleaner UI, better performance, and a few new feature hooks we have on the roadmap.
• Existing visual glitches, logic misfires, and slow-loading screens have to be tracked down and fixed so that the user journey feels seamless on both iOS and Android.
• Any tweaks you make should stay 100 % no-code compatible inside FlutterFlow so the in-house team can keep iterating once your work is merged.

Please be comfortable jumping between FlutterFlow’s UI builder, custom actions, and Firebase services (Firestore, Auth, Functions). If you work in Spanish and are based in Colombia, that will make communication even smoother, but it isn’t a strict requirement.

Deliverables I expect:
1. Patched project file and clean commit history that compiles without warnings.
2. Updated Firebase rules or cloud functions when your changes require them.
3. A short hand-off note (screenshots or Loom is fine) that points out what was fixed, what was improved, and where to plug in future features.
