Flutter widget in the shape of a tree graph

Using this library (https://pub.dev/documentation/flutter_scatter/latest) create a delegate that create a new child that's in the shape of a tree graph (first image) https://vivadifferences.com/12-difference-between-tree-and-graph/

The library already supports extending and creating new delegates just create a new one. Changing how close the circles are to each other should be easily configurable along with the angle the tree is going in
