Flutter web app frontend

The project will be building a responsive web Flutter web app for a virtual credit card platform. The design pattern will be Repositories => cubits => main (Multirepositoryprovider => multiblocprovider for cubits). The generation and implementation of the grpc-web API have to be done as well. A fully detailed specs regarding the API will be provided as gRPC proto. Deadline max: 2 months
