Flutter iOS Deployment Help

My Flutter app is still in the development stage and, so far, has only been tested on Android devices. I now need to take it all the way through an iOS release.

The core of the job is to get a clean, reproducible iOS build and walk it through Apple’s pipeline. Concretely, I need help with all three of the following:

• Setting up the Xcode environment so the project opens, resolves CocoaPods, and produces a successful archive
• Creating the correct provisioning profiles and distribution certificates in App Store Connect and linking them to the project
• Submitting the build—first to TestFlight, then to the App Store—for Apple’s review

You should be comfortable with Flutter (current stable channel), Xcode, App Store Connect, and Apple certificate management. If something fails during Apple’s automated checks, I’ll rely on you to diagnose and fix it.

Deliverables will be:

1. A signed .ipa uploaded to TestFlight and visible in App Store Connect
2. A documented set of steps or a short screen-share walkthrough so I can replicate the build next time
