Flutter iOS & Android App

I need an experienced Flutter / Dart developer to take my concept from wireframes to a production-ready release that runs smoothly on both iOS and Android. I will share the UI flows, style guide, and back-end endpoints; your role is to translate them into clean, well-tested code, handle platform permissions, and guide the build all the way to App Store and Google Play submission.

I value maintainable architecture (BLoC, Riverpod, or similar), thoughtful state management, and readable Git commits. Consistent progress updates and concise technical documentation will help me take over future iterations once the first version ships.

Deliverables
• Full Flutter source that compiles on the current stable channel for iOS and Android
• Release builds ready for store submission, plus TestFlight / internal testing links
• README detailing build steps, environment variables, and third-party packages
