Flutter error : session expired please login again

Some of our users are facing this issue we are not able to reproduce this error and it happens randomly sometimes they are able to login sometimes they are not able to login. We tested the login via postman and they it's giving proper results but when we still some users get this error of session expired when they try to login via the app
