Flutter developer required for existing app work
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I have a production Flutter application that’s overdue for both new functionality and a visual refresh. The core codebase is solid and already live on iOS and Android, but users keep asking for a more streamlined experience, and I am ready to answer that call.
Your focus will be two-fold:
• Feature additions – I will share a prioritized backlog on day one; together we will scope each item, estimate effort, and work through the list in short, review-friendly iterations. All code must follow the existing architecture, use Dart best practices, and pass the project’s current unit/widget tests.
• UI/UX improvements – Several key screens need a full redesign and the overall user flow should feel lighter and more intuitive. Expect to rework layouts, apply modern theming, and refine navigation so tasks take fewer taps. I already have wireframes for the redesigned screens as well as notes on pain points in the current funnel.
Acceptance criteria will be story-based; each ticket is considered complete once it is merged to the main branch, builds successfully for iOS and Android, and receives design sign-off from me in TestFlight/Internal Track. Git, pull-request reviews and regular stand-ups over Slack/Meet are part of the workflow.
If you are comfortable jumping into an existing Flutter project, refactoring widgets, and translating Figma mock-ups into clean, performant code, let’s talk and set up the first milestone.
