Flutter create short video feature add songs to video and merge

I have a project on flutter in which create a short feature is to implement where users can record videos from the gallery and add songs from a phone gallery and apply a video filter (only color filter) write text on video and post it. Save the song that is used by the user to the database for reuse by another user. Android app only
