Flutter code update and launch on stimulator

Hello! I am looking for a developer who can help me update and launch my app on an emulator. I have already developed the app using the Flutter framework, but now I need someone to help me with the debugging and testing process. I'm open to suggestions about including a splash screen, so the developer should have the creative input and technical experience to advise me on what could work best. Finally, this app will be launched primarily on the emulator, but I may need the developer to test the app on a physical device as well.
