Flutter application to show 4 RTSP video and 4 buttons at bottom

Job ID: 36662871

Budget: €30 – €250 EUR

I am looking for a Flutter developer to create a mobile/desktop application that will allow me to monitor security cameras. The application will need to display 4 RTSP video streams in a 2x2 grid, and have 4 buttons at the bottom of the screen. The buttons should be labeled as "OpenGate1", "OpenGate2", "OpenBarrier1", "Setup".
The user should be able to click on one of the 4 video to zoom on it. The zoomed video should not cover the 4 buttons, but this is not important.
The three buttons will open the relative Gate/Barrier by sending an HTTP POST or GET request. Initially all these configuration parameters (HTTP post address and data, URLs of RTSP cameras and barriers/gates name) can be all hardcoded in the code. Maybe in the future in a newer version we will also activate the Setup button to let the user configure all the needed parameter. But not now.

The application will run initially on a linux desktop (xubuntu 22.04, intel platform) and on an Android Tablet.

I need the working source code (Dart code + all related files): compiling installing and running will be my job.

Requirements:
- Experience with Flutter (and Dart) mobile application development
- Knowledge of RTSP video streaming
- Ability to integrate video streams into the application
- Familiarity with creating custom buttons
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
