Flutter 1.9 app upgrade to 3.16

Hello. I have a Flutter project that I had developed for me a few years ago that uses Flutter 1.9.x. I would like it updated to the latest Flutter version 3.16.x.



I think the amount of errors were around 50 when I tried updating myself.
