I have a flutter app that needs to be tested and also some features need optimizing.

What needs to be done:
- Application testing
- Create and share the detailed testing report
- Optimize app
What needs to be optimized:
- There is a reel page where we display reels (just like Tiktok). This page needs to be optimized so that the videos start playing instantly without load time.
- Optimize image load (sometimes the image doesn't load and a blank space is returned)
This needs to be done as soon as possible.
