Flutter Wrapper for Laravel App

I already run a fully-featured Laravel web application and all business logic, routes, and authentication endpoints are in place. What I need now is a clean Flutter codebase that turns those existing APIs into a mobile experience focused on everyday user interaction.

Deliverables
1. Flutter source code in a private Git repo.
2. A short README covering environment setup, .env items, and how to trigger a signed build.
3. Proof-of-concept APK/IPA (TestFlight) showing successful login, at least one interactive screen, and a test push notification coming through.

Acceptance
• API calls must return identical JSON payloads to the web version.
• Notification arrives within 5 seconds when fired from my Laravel queue.
• Both platforms compile without warnings on current Xcode/Android Studio.
