Flutter Windows Plugin Creator & UI Designer

Core Responsibilities:
Build and maintain a Flutter Windows plugin using native code (C++ or C#)
Implement system-level text input detection and overlay rendering
Translate Figma designs into high-fidelity, production-ready UI
Ensure pixel-perfect alignment with design specs across resolutions and DPI settings
Integrate with Windows accessibility APIs (UI Automation / Win32 / COM)
Enable interaction with external apps (browsers, Office apps, messaging apps)
Handle focus tracking, cursor position, and text extraction
Create reliable communication between Flutter (Dart) and native layer

Optimize for low latency and real-time interaction


Key Requirements:
• Strong experience with Windows native development (Win32, UI Automation, COM)
• Experience with C++ and/or C# on Windows
• Experience building or contributing to Flutter desktop plugins
• Strong ability to implement UI directly from Figma with high visual fidelity
• Deep understanding of:
Text input systems on Windows
Accessibility frameworks
Window focus and event handling
• Experience integrating with apps like:
Chrome / Edge
Microsoft Office
Desktop messaging apps

Nice to Have:
Experience building overlay UI systems or assistive tech
Familiarity with input method editors (IME) or keyboard hooks

Experience maintaining design consistency across platforms (macOS + Windows)
Performance optimization for real-time systems


What This Is (Important):
Not a basic Flutter UI role
Not a junior mobile/dev role

Requires both systems-level Windows expertise + high-fidelity UI execution


Engagement:

Contract (with potential for long-term)
Flexible hours, but responsive collaboration expected
Work directly with senior technical leadership
