Flutter Web Grid with resizable and draggable tiles

I want to create a grid using Flutter Web (see demo image) with the following requirements:
* Container widget with horizontal scroll
* Each tile could be of various height and width
* Each tile could be resizable
* Each tile could be draggable.
* Each tile has a remove button
* Add new tile button
* After each change save to local storage the position and size of all tiles and see the same dashboard next time the user is back.
Thank you very much :)
