Flutter Web Application Sidebar Development Task

Project Status:

1. Sidebar Widget sample screen is drafted.
2. Project has been setup.
3. Please refer to attachment for the UIs

# Acceptance Criteria:

1. When user clicks on a sidebar option, it should change the main screen on the right to respective screen.
- The application should store current active sidebar option in cache, via https://pub.dev/packages/shared_preferences
2. When user clicks on a sidebar nested option, it should expands the nested options. When user clicks on a sidebar nested option again, it should hide the nested options.
- When user clicks on nested option, it should change the main screen on the right to respective screen.
3. After selection, the sidebar / nested sidebar option should remain active, highlighted with grey background colour.
4. State Management should be done with Bloc statement management, Please refer to https://pub.dev/packages/flutter_bloc
5. Source code will be managed via Github.

Please responded to this project with "BLOC" and estimated efforts for the task, looking for long term partnership for subsequent tasks.
